Who We Are Looking For

Home care requires professionalism, adaptability, and consistent presence. We are seeking individuals who approach this work with maturity and long-term commitment.

We hire individuals who:

  • Demonstrate consistent reliability and professional accountability

  • Communicate clearly and respectfully

  • Value consistency in scheduling and client relationships

  • Understand appropriate boundaries in a home setting

  • Bring patience and emotional steadiness to their work

Experience in caregiving, personal support, or community-based roles is welcome. However, character and dependability are equally important.

The Nature of the Role

Our caregivers provide non-medical support focused on everyday living assistance and companionship.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Companionship and meaningful conversation

  • Light meal preparation

  • Light housekeeping related to client comfort

  • Accompanied outings or errands

  • Support with daily routines

  • Medication reminders

We do not provide medical or clinical services. Our role is practical and supportive, helping individuals remain comfortable in their own homes.

Our work takes place in private homes across Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, and nearby communities.

As a locally operated organization, we are committed to thoughtful, community-based service and steady relationships with both clients and caregivers.
